How far is Hotel Vanessa from the ski lifts?
Hotel Vanessa is located just 350 meters from the Médran ski lifts, the main access point to the 4 Vallées ski area with over 400km of slopes.
How do I get to Hotel Vanessa by public transport?
Take the train to Martigny, then the regional train to Le Châble and the gondola up to Verbier: the Médran station is 350 m from the hotel. Call us on arrival and our free shuttle will collect you. From Geneva Airport the journey takes about two and a half hours.
Does the hotel have a shuttle?
Yes. Our free shuttle runs all day within Verbier: to the Médran lifts, the ski schools, the sports centre, restaurants or the gondola station. Just ask at reception.
How big are the rooms?
Every room is a suite, from the 30 m² Junior Suite to the 160 m² Penthouse, which makes ours the most spacious rooms in Verbier. All have a balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, a Nespresso machine, a safe, a minibar and a flat-screen TV.
Is the hotel suitable for families?
Very much so. The Family Suite, Family Duplex, Chalet Suite and Suite Mont-Fort sleep four to five, Junior Suites have a sofa bed for a child, and cots are available on request. Breakfast is included for everyone.
Are pets allowed at Hotel Vanessa?
Yes, pets are welcome at Hotel Vanessa. Please inform us in advance when making your reservation.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel: in every suite, in the public areas and in the meeting room.
Is breakfast included at Hotel Vanessa?
Yes, breakfast is included in all our room rates. We serve a full buffet breakfast with pastries, cold cuts, dairy products, fresh eggs, and more.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes. Brasserie le V serves Italian brasserie cuisine and Swiss mountain classics such as fondue chinoise and veal schnitzel, with Valais wines, and the bar is a favourite après-ski spot. In winter the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner; opening days vary in summer, so please check with us.
What are the spa opening hours?
The wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi is open daily from 15:00 to 21:00 for hotel guests. In-room massages can be booked on request through reception.
Is parking available at Hotel Vanessa?
Yes, we offer free underground heated parking for all guests, as well as EV charging stations. We recommend reserving your parking space in advance.
Is there a ski room?
Yes, every guest has a private locker with a boot dryer in our ski room, free of charge, so boots are warm and dry each morning. Ski hire shops are a few minutes' walk away.

Can I hold a meeting or seminar at the hotel?

Is the hotel open in summer?
Yes. Besides the winter season from mid-December to mid-April, we open from mid-July to the end of August, which includes the Verbier Festival. Exact dates vary each year, so please check with us or on our booking page.
