A seminar in the mountains focuses minds in a way no city hotel can. Hotel Vanessa combines a fully equipped meeting room for up to 30 people with 53 spacious suites, its own restaurant and bar, a spa, free parking and a shuttle, all two hours from Geneva Airport and a five-minute walk from the Médran lifts.
We host company meetings, training sessions, team-building weekends, sports clubs, families celebrating together and groups of friends sharing the larger suites. Tell us what you have in mind and we will put together a quote.

The meeting room
Our meeting room seats up to 30 people and is equipped with a large screen and fast Wi-Fi. It can be arranged to suit your format, from boardroom to classroom, in a quiet setting away from the public areas.
Coffee breaks, working lunches and dinners are prepared by the Brasserie le V kitchen and served in the room or in the restaurant, and the hotel's bar and terrace are there for informal sessions.
Accommodation for groups
With 53 suites from 30 to 160 m², we can house a group of colleagues in individual Junior Suites, or let friends and families share the Family Duplex, the Chalet Suite, the Suite Mont-Fort or the Penthouse, each with several bedrooms and a living room for the evenings.
Breakfast is included for everyone, every suite has a balcony and a Nespresso machine, Wi-Fi is free throughout and the ski room gives each guest a locker with a boot dryer.
Group dinners at Brasserie le V
Our restaurant serves Italian brasserie cuisine and Swiss mountain classics: a fondue chinoise evening is a favourite with groups, and the menu can be tailored to your budget, with Valais wines to match. The bar is the natural place to end the day.
Set menus and a private area for larger groups can be arranged on request; smaller groups share one long table in the dining room.
Team building and activities
In winter, a group ski day in the 4 Vallées, a freeride initiation with a guide, a snowshoe walk ending in a fondue or a sledge run at La Tzoumaz. In summer, a guided hike, an e-bike tour, a golf initiation or a tandem paragliding flight. Our free shuttle takes the group to the meeting point, and the sauna and jacuzzi are open from 15:00 to 21:00 afterwards.
We work with local providers for guides, instructors and equipment hire, and can combine a half-day of work with a half-day on the mountain.
